Directions

300 Pearl Street
Burlington, VT 05401

From Shelburne and South Burlington - Take Route 7 north, then left onto Pearl Street. Burlington Health and Rehabilitation Center will be on the immediate right.

From I-89 - Take Exit 14W onto Main Street. Take first right at the light onto East Avenue. At the end of East Avenue turn left onto Colchester Avenue. At second light turn onto Pearl Street (Colchester Avenue turns into Pearl Street at this point) and proceed one mile. Burlington Health and Rehabilitation Center will be on the right.

From Essex and Winooski - Take Colchester Avenue west which will turn into Pearl Street at the intersection of Prospect Street. Burlington Health and Rehabilitation Center will be on the right just after the Willard Street intersection.
