Administrator: Ursula Margazano

Administrator-Ursula Margazano has served as Administrator in several Vermont nursing facilities prior to joining Burlington Health and Rehabilitation Center. She holds a degree from SUNY IT Marcy/Utica.
 

Director of Admissions: Lynn Avery, BSW

Lynn Avery helps expedite the admissions process for patients and their families. She has 25 years of experience in acute medical and long-term care setting. Lynn holds a bachelor's degree in social work.
 

Director of Nursing: Kathy Larose, RN

Kathy Larose, an RN with over thirty years experience, served as director of nursing service in several Vermont facilities prior to assuming this position. Kathy's BSN degree is from Castleton State.
 

Rehabilitation Director: Todd Patterson, OT

Todd is an Occupational Therapist with 11 years experience. He is a graduate of Dalhousie University in Halifax, Novia Scotia.
 

Director of Social Services: Kim Surprenant, BSW

Kim Surprenant is dedicated to the welfare of each resident at Burlington Health and Rehabilitation. She has over 20 years of experience on the field of social work and is well-versed in patient rights and other issues of importance to residents and their families.
